Stickers (All Sales Final)

Due to their single-use by nature, all sticker purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns.

This includes:

  • Sticker packs
  • Sticker sheets

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for stickers unless they arrive damaged due to a packing error. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at sales@domloveartshop.com.

Eligible Items for Returns & Refunds

Refunds or returns may be accepted for the following items:

  • Enamel pins
  • Button pins
  • Art prints
  • Keychains

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be undamaged and in its original condition
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Sticker purchases
  • Items damaged due to normal wear or misuse
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shop error. To request a return or refund, please email:
sales@domloveartshop.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to help us assist you as quickly as possible.
